The evolution of DivagersYoga is to integrate the different intensities of yoga styles such as Therapeutic yoga, Hatha yoga, Ashtanga yoga, Power yoga, Kids yoga, and Medical Yoga to refresh, reset, recorrect, rejuvenate and rejoice. DivagersYoga is focusing more on yoga and meditation, inner transformation programs and spiritual awakening in public session, Group session, Home session and private session for the beneficiary of every soul, we also offer teacher training for individuals to become an efficient trainer.

Divager Bala Yogi - Yoga Instructor

Divager Bala Yogi is a specialist in ancient tantric yogic techniques with 15 years of teaching practice. His area of interest is yoga and meditation, inner transformation and spiritual awakening. He is also expertise and having a depth of experience in the 8 limbs of yoga are Yama, Niyama, Asana, Pranayama, Pratyahara, Dharana, Dhyana and Samadhi. He has conducted various workshops on stress relief management for corporate executives, students, and teachers. His current innovation is to clear the physiological and psychological problems through the modern style of yoga such as Therapeutic yoga, Hatha yoga, Kriya yoga, and power yoga. He is also an expert in the field of sport yoga to recorrect the mental strength and physical ability have conducted different research achieved with individuals as well as team level performances. Currently, he joined his hands with Mr. Rajesh Gowrisankar, he is an expert in digital marketing, designing and implementation with industry relationships, his pioneering efforts and dynamic approach made many entrepreneurs into success. Now we are collaborating with corporates, organizations, institutions to enrich the development of human wellbeing by organizing workshops and pieces of training through tantric yogic science and practices.

Hatha Yoga

Hathayoga is a general category that includes most yoga styles. It is an old system that includes the practice of asanas and pranayamas which help bring peace to the mind and body, preparing the body for deeper spiritual practices such as meditation.Hatha Yoga involves the practice of physical postures in conjunction with awareness of the breath to develop the mental focus and to connect the mind, body, and spirit. Beyond the physical practice, there are some principles of Yoga that can enhance an existing yoga practice and offer additional lifestyle benefits.it is considered as a type of complementary and alternative medicine that has become a popular and effective form of exercise in healthy, clinical, and athletic populations because of the numerous health and fitness benefits. Ashtanga Yoga

Kids Yoga

Kids Yoga develops the children’s physical structure to build muscle, increase flexibility, and balance. Poses are done sitting, standing, or lying down and each pose is designed to focus on strengthening the body in various ways. With a relaxed body and mind children are better able to cope with their emotions, i.e. frustration, patience, sad, angry, and excited.Through yoga they are taught to focus on themselves personally as well as how they contribute the success of a group or community through partner poses and group poses.They will learn how their body, mind, and breath all work together to make them feel like their best self both on and off the yoga mat.
